REALITY

I lol’d hard.

Random? I think so.

So just before I hit the hay, I thought I would post something up on here that isn’t a direct copypasta from Youtube’s embed field. So DigitalPh33r has released the second part of his how to make Machinima guide, and I finally found a decent video capture card that I can see the results for. It’s also pretty old, so I can get it at about half the price. I’m trying to get in touch with someone who’s selling it on eBay to try and do a BIN. After that, I think it’s just a case of buying a better Mic and that should pretty much do me. Which means I’ll have quite a lot of cash left over from the money I got while getting rid of my PSP. No doubt that woman who was after it will finally want it now, since it’s too late.

My comment got featured on Click today, too, something that I’m quite happy about. Although, the way it was referenced from made me sound like I was an arrogant bastard. OK, I am an arrogant bastard, but still. That’s some material for one of tomorrow’s videos. I already have one ready to go, but I might just upload that one now since my cap’s just been dropped.

POKEYMANS stuff arrived with Lex, so now I’m peering through eBay UK to find some stuff.

Judge Orders YouTube to Give All User Histories to Viacom | Threat Level from Wired.com

So, like all Youtube users, my IP, and therefore my ISP, is being divulged to a company based in the United States in order for use in their lawsuit. From what I have heard, they are using the ‘evidence’ to prove that many people have viewed copyrighted material that is Viacom’s property. I thought that the view figures were accurate on Youtube, hence why they existed? My take on it is that they want the most prominent offenders, and the uploaders of the content’s details so they can go after those users after they have sued Youtube, or attempted to sue them. Either way, it stinks.
